The shots from the CRMC Pembrey on April 6th are now ready to view. Very challenging day with 50mph gusts making it hard to hold a big lens still (can't imagine what it was like for the riders...) and I only lasted until mid-afternoon before bailing out.

Zenfolio are hiding any galleries that haven't been accessed for a while. Can't see the point personally but I am trying to find them and re-activate them as soon as possible. If anyone wants to look at a particular event that is showing as inaccessible, feel free to let me know and Ill get it sorted.

My hard drive packed up the other day, so I'm going to be a bit late uploading the shots from the Golden Valley trial at Catswood last weekend. Hopefully they'll be sorted in a couple of days.

A few new uploads - Thundersport from a very cold, dark and miserable Brands Hatch, The Hawks MC's first event of the year at the Dowdeswell venue and from the archives, last year's Wednesday practice session from the TT plus the BHR May meeting at Cadwell.

Thundersport is back on the agenda for Easter with the 2nd round at Donington and I'll see if I can fit a trial in at some point - bound to be one somewhere!

The Golden Valley Classic MC March Hare Trial has been uploaded and I hope to finish the Mallory Park Thundersport meeting from April last year in the next day or two. On the subject of Thundersport I'll be at Brands Hatch this weekend for their first meeting of the new season.

The second practice session from last year's TT and the Golden Valley Classic MC trial from Breakheart Quarry last October have been uploaded to the site this week.

This Sunday (3rd) the Golden Valley club will hold their ever popular March Hare trial, so that's where I'll be next.

Two new events uploaded this week. The Swindon & DMCC Layton Trophy Trial from last weekend and the BHR meeting at Mallory Park from April last year. I'm currently working on the Monday night practice session from last year's TT.

No events to cover this weekend (a bit of a relief given how cold it is) but it's going to get busy soon as the racing season draws ever nearer!

The Wyedean Rally and Zone One MC Les Davis Trial from last weekend have both been uploaded and my camera gear is now in the airing cupboard!

I tried my best at the trial but there was just no way to keep the lens clear, Murphy's Law dictating that the best shots were all into the wind. I tried holding the brolley in one hand and the camera in the other but I still got drenched! The lure of an afternoon in front of the TV with a packet of choccy biccies was too much so I gace up and went home...

Busy Weekend Coming Up

Like it says! I'll be at the Wyedean Rally on Saturday and the Zona One trial at Nettleton Quarry on Sunday. Which means the rest of the week on the laptop editing and uploading. Keeps me out of the pub I suppose...

Uploading is continuing on the Thundersport meeting at Donington from March last year - hopefully that'll be done before the weekend.

...there doesn't seem to be anything on in the area, so I'm going to shoot some publicity material for TT sidecar driver Wayne Lockey. Wayne's a very talented driver who, given the opportunity, can mix it with the very best. A 4th place in the Southern 100 last year with two World champions in the field showed what he can do.

If anyone out there is fortunate enough to have a few bob and would like to help out with Wayne's efforts this season, please let me know and I'll put you in touch. He'll be contesting the BEMSEE championship on the short circuits and will once again be doing the TT and Southern 100. There's plenty of media coverage to be had for potential sponsors with the TT and S100 benefitting from extensive TV coverage and reports and pictures, courtesy of yours truly, in the local papers.

On the update front the 2012 Pre-TT Classic is now fully uploaded and I'm currently working on rounds 3 & 4 of the Thundersport GB championship from Donington last March.

Just uploaded is the VMCC Trial at Denfurlong Farm (in the 2013 Trials bit) - amongst which is a rare picture...Andy Perry with a wheel in the air (just) and his tongue not sticking out (just)!

Other recent additions from the archive have been the races from the 2012 Pre-TT Classic. Two more races to transfer from the old site and that will be complete.

Unfortunately the adverse weather has forced the cancellation of the Golden Valley Classic trial this Sunday. However, the VMCC trial at Denfurlong Farm is still going ahead, so that's where I'll be.

After a weekend starved of trials action courtesy of the snow and a dose of man-flu, I hope to be at the Golden Valley Classic MC season opener at Tinkley Lane this coming Sunday. Should be nice and muddy!

Oxford Ixion's Norton Trophy Trial from November 10th 2012 has just been added to the site under 2012 Trials.

I'll be using this blog to advise of new updates to the site and what events I'll be covering in the future - and any other trivia that may enter my head!
